In an effort to top the previous year's When Developers Sing CD, which found the entire eyemg team singing such favorites as Blue Christmas and Frosty the Snowman at a karaoke bar, eyemg produced a 17-minute Flash-animated cartoon distributed over the web and on hybrid CD-ROMs as a holiday gift to their clients.
The award-winning A Very eyemg Christmas chronicles the kidnapping of eyemg president Drew Holland by Santa Claus ("played" by Sean Connery and "voiced" by Steve) and the inevitable attempt by the eyemg team to free their fearless leader.
Steve created all the characters (save but one) and wrote the script. Steve also directed, animated, and performed the musical number (and highlight of the cartoon) Oops! It's Christmas Again.
